RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At UDVHOT, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Ready-Made Products

We accept exchanges for ready-made products under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect size delivered
  • Product arrives damaged or defective

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Custom Printed Products

Custom printed items are made specifically for each customer.

Therefore:

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect image uploaded by customer
  • Spelling mistakes provided by customer
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Color preference changes after production

3. Eligible Exchange Cases

Custom printed products may be eligible for replacement if:

  • Wrong design was printed
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Printing defect occurred during production

Supporting photos may be required for verification.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • UDVHOT cannot fulfill the order
  • The ordered product becomes unavailable
  • A verified production error cannot be corrected through replacement

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Customer-selected wrong size
  • Customer-selected wrong color
  • Minor color differences due to monitor settings
  • Slight size variation (±1 inch)
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Customer-provided low-quality images

6. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share clear photos of the issue.
  4. Our support team will review the request.

Approved exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by UDVHOT.
